Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest inquiries, verifying financial transactions, and maintaining the integrity of hotel records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, customer service, and property operations within a vibrant environment. This position may lead to full-time employment as hotel demands. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset Conduct routine audits of front desk operations, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and guest accounts Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Respond promptly to phone calls using multi-line phone systems, providing information or directing calls appropriately Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and communicate clearly in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and security protocols to ensure guest safety at all times Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and effective client communication Experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is advantageous; resort experience is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism while maintaining excellent guest relations Join us in delivering memorable experiences through energetic service and meticulous attention to detail.
