Job Description
A Night Auditor, or Security Front Desk personnel, is responsible for overseeing front desk duties at a residential site during the night shift. Their duties include helping visitor's check-in or check out, reviewing and maintaining the Trespass list. Watching the security cameras and reporting any suspicious behavior. Enforce the parking lot rules and secure the building for the residents. Document and communicate any issues that arise from the property to the property manager or maintenance staff.
