Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude Complete the nightly audit and ensure financial records are accurate Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations Respond to guest questions and requests throughout the night Monitor the hotel and help maintain a safe, secure environment Prepare reports and paperwork for the following day's operations Handle overnight guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
