Overnight (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift. This role combines guest service responsibilities with accounting duties to ensure accurate daily reporting and a smooth transition between business days. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing room revenue, cash, and credit card transactions Prepare and distribute daily reports for management Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and secure Monitor property activity and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Respond to emergencies or unusual situations calmly and efficiently Assist with reservations and basic administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Basic accounting or cash-handling experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn hotel management systems Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement within the company Supportive and team-oriented work environment
