Job Duties & Responsibilities Audit, balance, and report all department revenue to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and hotel policies Maintain accurate accounts and transaction records Handle confidential guest information with a high degree of integrity Verify room charges and rates Submit nightly reports to the corporate office Respond professionally and courteously to arriving, departing, and in‑house guests Assist with phone and in‑person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns Communicate clearly with guests over the phone Read and interpret daily reports, numbers, and audit documentation Prompt and consistent attendance required Friday & Saturday nights (11 PM - 7 AM) are mandatory This hotel operates as a
CASHLESS
property. All transactions are processed electronically. Night Auditors must be comfortable handling card‑only payments and following secure payment procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the shift Ability to read and understand numerical and written reports Hotel experience preferred but not required Benefits Bi-Weekly pay Supportive management team Opportunities for advancement IHG Employee Discount Program Discounted rates at 6,000+ IHG hotels worldwide Eligible after onboarding Important Note This position requires dependability and consistent attendance .
