Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold hotel standards, and maintain operational excellence through meticulous financial and administrative tasks. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing guest relations, performing nightly audits, and supporting front desk functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and safety throughout the night. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP/Kipsu or similar platforms. Conduct detailed nightly audits of all financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism and courtesy, and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform routine property inspections, and respond promptly to any emergency or safety concerns following hotel emergency procedures. Maintain guest relations by addressing requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience during overnight hours. Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests in multiple languages or bilingual settings if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations . Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar hotel management software. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and client communication. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and security protocols. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is preferred.
