Compensation:

$16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
