• Warehouse Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Operational Auditor reports to the Operations Supervisor and is tasked with evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures carried out by the operational teams. This role ensures adherence to internal controls and promotes consistent improvement in warehouse operations. Summary of Essential Job Functions Observe and provide an unbiased evaluation of operational processes to verify internal controls are functioning as intended. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of non-compliance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to implement actionable recommendations for process improvement and operational excellence. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrable auditing experience and a solid understanding of operational processes and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and recommendations. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess processes thoroughly. Demonstrate a focus on compliance and efficiency, with attention to procedural details.
