Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guests and our hotel's nightly operations. This energetic role combines the responsibilities of front desk management, financial reconciliation, and guest relations to ensure seamless overnight service. As a Night Auditor, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests during the quiet hours of the night, setting the tone for their entire stay. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS). Prepare detailed night audit reports, including revenue summaries, guest accounts, and incident logs Monitor security cameras and conduct visual inspections of the property to maintain safety and security standards Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures Maintain accurate records of all nightly activities, including room charges, reservations, and incident reports Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and problem-solving skills in guest relations and emergency procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Pay:
$12.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week Application Question(s): We are seeking candidate to work every Friday and Saturday. Are you available for those days?
