WHAT YOU'LL DO
Front Desk/Night Auditor Provide a clean and safe environment for guests Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged and guest issues Follow brand standards Keep records of room availability and guest accounts. Operates front desk software Maintain a balanced cash/billing drawer Welcome guests and respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner Generate automated audit reports for manager's review Communicate with previous and following shifts Ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirements Know all safety and emergency procedures Knowledge of office software (Opera Experience preferred) Requires excellent communication skills Must be able to work flexible shifts including overnight Grow with us.
