Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position combines front desk responsibilities with financial and administrative duties, providing a lively and rewarding environment. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and maintain the integrity of the property management systems while delivering top-tier customer service. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during the overnight hours. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software. Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and warmth. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account balances. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures during the night shift. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff. Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, offering multilingual or bilingual assistance when needed to accommodate diverse clientele. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms. Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices is essential. Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and front desk functions is preferred.
