COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES
- Mend Services is hiring dedicated and dependable Journeyman Plumbers to provide exceptional plumbing service for residential and commercial clients.
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand project requirements and limitations to deliver a value-add strategy to discerning clients.
- Adaptable to change and capable of deciphering needs and making decisions regarding plumbing methods and performance.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Communicate proactively in a professional manner with discerning and demanding clients to meet individual needs.
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing applications in accordance with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
- Diagnose systems, apparatus and components in order to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and breakdowns in order to correct problems efficiently and professionally.
- Inspect plumbing systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects and repair needs, ensuring compliance with all plumbing codes.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including trenching, moving / lifting heavy objects, and crawling through confined spaces.
- Support operating policies, procedures and system operations across a wide array of responsibilities.
- Serve as a key resource for project information and resolve problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.
- Establish and maintain an active network of professional contacts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Journeyman Plumber's license.
- Minimum (5) years residential / light commercial plumbing service work experience required.
- Good driving record and current drivers license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to push, pull, carry and maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower / tools as necessary); able to climb ladders, work from heights and work in confined areas
- Must be driven and able to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Service Titan a plus.
- Capable of world-class customer service for extremely discerning clientele.
