Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as choice advantage to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and prepare financial reports. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and registration processes. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of the property, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction and positive relations. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review. Collaborate with front desk staff and hotel management to ensure smooth operations during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations. Experience working with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest interactions. Proven ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred, especially within a hospitality setting that emphasizes guest satisfaction.
