Using oral and written communication skills to register and accommodate guests Managing guest service requests Processing cash or credit card payments Maintaining updated information on room availability, reservations and guest messages Understanding how to use hotel Property Management Software (PMS) systems Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests' needs Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up Meet and exceed guests' expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately Other tasks given by management such as light cleaning Currently seeking a Night Auditor, must be willing to work overnight shifts. There will be training for the Night Audit shifts before you are alone.
