Responsibilities Conduct nightly financial audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations throughout your shift. Handle phone communication with clarity and courtesy, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents or urgent situations. Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Support hospitality management by assisting with reservation modifications, cancellations, and property management system updates as needed. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a hospitality setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing client communication and guest interactions across diverse populations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort experience will set you apart. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required to handle inquiries professionally during overnight hours. Prior night audit experience or working within a hotel environment that emphasizes guest relations will be highly advantageous.
