  • Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel.
This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to provide exceptional service during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, manage front desk operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that leaves guests with memorable experiences. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Support guest services by coordinating late-night requests and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the shift Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or guest services positions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Previous night audit experience or familiarity with hotel accounting systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel operations, resort environments, and guest relations best practices Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a welcoming demeanor Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding hospitality during the overnight hours!
