Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing friendly assistance and ensuring all financial and operational records are accurately maintained. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Greet arriving guests with warmth and professionalism, providing check-in and check-out services during overnight hours Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and operational activities for management review Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct patrols of the resort premises to ensure safety Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional guest services to enhance their stay Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services protocols, and front desk procedures Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for nightly audit processes Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette Experience working in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are desirable to serve diverse guest populations Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
