Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with professionalism and courtesy. Monitor security cameras, conduct property inspections, and respond promptly to any safety or security concerns to maintain a secure environment. Assist guests with special requests, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm. Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, maintenance issues, and guest feedback. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight service needs or issues that arise.
