Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as Synxis Property Hub or similar hospitality reservation systems to verify charges, payments, and reservations. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy levels, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during the shift. Handle all incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information, resolving inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to maintain safety and security standards. Respond promptly to guest requests or emergencies following established hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Collaborate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest relations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially Synxis Property Hub or similar platforms used in hotel management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and effectively under pressure. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guest populations, preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette.
