Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, revenue, and operational logs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access points. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with enthusiasm. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services best practices. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and manage guest relations professionally. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills for accurate record keeping. Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 10PM to 6AM in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
