This energetic position involves managing front desk activities during nighttime hours, performing detailed financial audits, and providing top-tier customer service to our guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while supporting smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage the front desk by handling guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details in compliance with hotel policies Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries for management review Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS) is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience working in resort settings or with hospitality reservation systems adds valuable insight into guest needs and operational flow Demonstrated ability to handle night audit responsibilities independently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
