Hotel Night Auditor Candlewood Suites - 3.2 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time $13 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Operations management Multilingual Night audit Shift management Security Full Job Description Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position involves managing front desk activities during the night shift, conducting financial audits, and providing top-tier customer service to our guests. Your expertise in hospitality management, multilingual communication, and hotel systems will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and operational efficiency. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct detailed financial audits of daily transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Ensure all guest accounts are accurate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers and compliance with hotel policies Manage phone communication with guests and staff, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear client communication During downtime, clear hallway trash cans, and keep the lobby tidy. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Experience working night shifts in a hotel setting, especially within resort environments, is advantageous Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication skills to address guest needs efficiently Bilingual language skills are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele Join us to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence during the overnight hours. Pay:
