Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring all financial and operational tasks are efficiently completed. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth functioning of our hotel. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours. Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy of daily revenue. Maintain front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications with efficiency and professionalism. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Monitor security systems, conduct routine safety checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during the night shift. Document incidents or irregularities through detailed shift reports to maintain accurate records for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred to understand hospitality standards thoroughly. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours with high attention to detail.
