In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly face of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with professionalism. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and properly recorded in the hotel management system. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy levels, and any discrepancies or incidents. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest safety and property integrity. Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills and hospitality management knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night shift. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred. Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and positive guest interactions. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline operations. Knowledge of phone etiquette, guest relations, and hotel procedures to ensure smooth night-time operations. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
