As a Night Auditor and Guest Services Associate, your energy and enthusiasm will shine through in delivering exceptional guest experiences during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensure smooth night-time hotel management, and provide top-tier customer service to our diverse guests. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Manage overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Conduct the nightly hotel audit, including balancing accounts, updating reservations, and preparing reports to ensure accurate financial records Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a memorable stay Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications with courteous phone etiquette Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations in multiple languages as needed Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest requests or facility concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication and record keeping Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume calls professionally Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, including guest services and guest relations best practices Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
