Manage front desk operations including reservation handling using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while preparing reports for management. Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone or in person, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including safety protocols and incident reporting to maintain a secure environment. Maintain detailed logs of all activities during your shift, including arrivals, departures, and any incidents or irregularities. Support guest relations by offering multilingual assistance when needed and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with familiarity in property management systems like OPERA. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and effective client communication. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes to ensure operational excellence during overnight shifts.
