Night Auditor/Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring the premises and responding to any incidents or emergencies. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports for management review. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in resort settings. Strong understanding of night audit processes and procedures is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Proficient phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally. Background in hospitality management is an advantage but not required. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
