Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of all nightly audit procedures and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Duties:

• Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including room rates, charges, and payments
• Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
• Monitor the hotel's security systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions, including internships.
