In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk operations, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, and maintaining guest satisfaction through exceptional service. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and warmth Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Ensure all guest accounts are accurately balanced and discrepancies are promptly resolved Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving expertise Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Assist with late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations using hospitality reservation systems Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent software Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences around the clock!
