Job Description
We are hiring a Night Auditor! As a Night Auditor, you deliver exceptional overnight service while managing financial processes, supporting front desk operations, and maintaining a secure, well-run hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios. Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy. Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation. Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries. Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information. Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards. Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs. Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.Qualifications:
Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data. Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities. Professional communication and guest service skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems. Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
