This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the smooth functioning of the front desk during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing friendly assistance while managing essential accounting and record-keeping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Must be available Sun, Mon, and Tuesday nights. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of common areas, and controlling access to restricted areas Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate documentation of overnight activities Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and uphold hotel standards Qualifications Proven experience in guest services positions Willing to gain a strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and customer service best practices Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively but not required.
