Job Description
The Comfort Inn Richfield is looking for a General Manager who knows how to lead a hotel, grow revenue, build a strong team, and take ownership of performance. This position pays $64,000 to $72,000 annually based on experience and background and includes employee hotel travel rates and up to 2 weeks of vacation annually. The hotel came under new ownership in July 2025 and is managed by Structure Hospitality, a Utah hotel management company. The property has strong ownership, continued investment, and a management team focused on helping the hotel perform at a higher level. We are looking for someone who wants to lead the business, not simply maintain the operation. Revenue and sales are major priorities for this position. The General Manager will work closely with Structure Hospitality's revenue management and sales teams to increase occupancy, strengthen ADR, pursue local accounts, develop community relationships, capture group business, and improve market performance. This role also leads the entire day to day hotel operation. You will be responsible for building and motivating the team, maintaining guest service and cleanliness standards, managing labor and expenses, protecting the physical asset, and delivering strong financial results. We want a leader who brings energy into the hotel, sets expectations, follows through, and holds the team accountable. You should be comfortable getting involved in sales, reviewing STR and operating results, meeting with local businesses, working with revenue management, and finding opportunities to grow the hotel.
