Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday (Flexible) | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Join Our Team! The Hilton Garden Inn St. George is looking for a dependable, guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. As the Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality while ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's daily financial and operational reports. What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Complete the nightly audit process accurately and on time. Process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments. Balance daily revenue, post charges, and reconcile accounts. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and financial reports according to company procedures. Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns with urgency and professionalism. Maintain accurate records and communicate important information to the morning management and Front Desk teams. Monitor hotel security throughout the night and follow all emergency procedures. Help ensure the Front Desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Support other departments as needed to provide an exceptional guest experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, professional, and dependable. Comfortable working independently overnight. Organized and detail-oriented. Able to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software. An excellent communicator with guests and fellow team members. Committed to providing outstanding hospitality every shift. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel, customer service, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred. Night Audit or Front Desk experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as business demands.
