Job Description
This position is part time Friday and Saturdays 11pm - 7am. The training is 80 hours. Most shifts for training will be during the day so you can learn the system. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reporting. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced. You will be required to set up the breakfast in the morning before it opens. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours. Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue generated, and any discrepancies found during audits. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and communication. Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with night audit processes Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling various communication tools effectively. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
