Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the integrity of our front desk and guest services during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will combine hospitality expertise with strong customer service skills to create a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and staff. Your proactive approach will help uphold our high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the night shift operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving or departing during overnight hours Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a warm, professional experience in multiple languages if applicable Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with guest requests Maintain security protocols by conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety procedures are followed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to support hotel operations and audits Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns during the night shift Experience Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on security and guest satisfaction Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during overnight hours Join us as a Part Time Night Auditor to be the backbone of our overnight hospitality team!
