Job Description
The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent acts as the face of the hotel and represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. They provide the guests with the first impression of the hotel as well as the final goodbye upon departure. Night Auditors have responsibilities that range from checking the guests in/out, reporting any problems/needs to maintenance, making reservations and collecting payment etc., and hours are from 11pm until 7am. •Position is at the Aloft Dulles Airport North.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Excellent time management skills Ability to work overnight (11pm-7am)JOB COMPETENCIES
