Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Handle phone communication with guests and clients using proper phone etiquette while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Assist with hospitality reservation systems management, updating bookings, cancellations, and special requests accurately. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms, is essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective client communication across diverse guest populations. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort experience enhances your ability to deliver top-tier hospitality. Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving are critical for success in this role. Experience working night shifts in a hotel environment or resort setting is desirable to ensure smooth overnight operations.
