Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Auditor/Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role combines administrative responsibilities at the front desk with comprehensive claims auditing to ensure accurate processing of medical billing and insurance claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical coding knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. Additionally, the is associate responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Review and audit medical claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with coding guidelines including ICD-10, and CPT codes. Verify proper documentation of medical records and ensure adherence to medical coding standards for inpatient and outpatient services. Process health insurance claims efficiently using billing software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Identify discrepancies or errors in billing or coding and collaborate with healthcare providers or insurance companies to resolve issues promptly. Manage front desk duties such as greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area. Maintain organized records of medical documentation, billing information, and insurance correspondence in compliance with privacy regulations. Support revenue cycle management by ensuring timely submission of claims and follow-up on unpaid or denied claims. Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting with familiarity in medical billing, coding, and insurance claim processing. Knowledge of
