Night Auditor

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing a warm welcome and efficient service that leaves guests with a positive impression. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest calls promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access to the hotel during overnight hours Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth handovers Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility concerns or safety issues Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit roles Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Proficiency in hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Knowledge of phone etiquette, reservation procedures, and guest services best practices Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late hours Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality excellence This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
