Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the accuracy of nightly financial reports. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Conduct the night audit process, including balancing accounts, preparing financial reports, and verifying daily transactions to ensure accuracy. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and following hotel emergency procedures. Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Document incidents, shift reports, and audit logs accurately while adhering to hotel policies. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently in multiple languages or bilingual settings if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations. Pay:
