Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing guest relations, front desk duties, and financial reconciliation to uphold our high standards of service excellence. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that leaves guests satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills while working in a vibrant, guest-focused setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling daily financial transactions Manage hotel reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, updating guest information and room assignments as needed Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks in accordance with hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety throughout the night Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency and accountability Collaborate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs promptly and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience involving night audits Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Previous experience with hospitality reservation systems and customer service problem-solving is preferred Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine! Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
