Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service. Conduct nightly financial audits to verify accuracy of daily revenue reports, reservations, and billing details. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and ensuring guest safety throughout the overnight shift. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality management skills. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, confidentiality, and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in hotel hospitality roles with a focus on guest services. Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, front desk operations, and hotel management systems.
