Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins or special requests during overnight hours Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting patrols of the property, and controlling access to the premises Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate hotel services Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest service standards in a resort or hotel environment Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while remaining alert and attentive Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is highly desirable Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
