Job Summary :
shift is 10pm-6am days Will be discused during interview process must have open availability including weekends . We use Hotel Key PMS system must be engaged and willing to learn fast and take training . Must have hotel experience or customer service Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience a seamless and welcoming overnight stay. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, manage front desk functions, handle financial transactions, and provide exceptional service to our guests during the quiet hours. Your proactive approach will help maintain security, accuracy, and guest satisfaction through every shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment while honing their skills in hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and billing records Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial summaries Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols of common areas to ensure safety Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues, providing solutions or escalating as needed Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests for seamless service continuity Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently Experience Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision Basic proficiency in hotel management software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations confidently Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock.
