Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in handling financial transactions and guest interactions. Duties Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing financial transactions accurately. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services.
