Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor at the front desk of our bustling resort! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences during overnight hours. As the Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting smooth hotel management operations. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and working in a dynamic environment. Duties Welcome and assist guests arriving during night hours, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections, and controlling access points Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Previous experience in night audit or front desk roles within hotels or resorts is preferred Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage sensitive guest information discreetly This role offers an engaging environment where your hospitality expertise can shine!
