Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to maintain the highest standards of service. Your multilingual skills and hospitality management expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, combining technical proficiency with outstanding customer service. Duties Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and update guest records accurately. Manage front desk responsibilities during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries via phone and in person with exemplary phone etiquette. Ensure all hotel emergency procedures are followed promptly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations throughout the shift. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Monitor security through CCTV surveillance and conduct visual inspections of the property to maintain safety and security standards. Collaborate with hotel management to address operational needs, support guest satisfaction initiatives, and uphold brand standards. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment; resort experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset; ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone communication protocols. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Previous experience with night audit functions or in a resort setting is preferred. Pay:
