The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring all guest needs are met. Duties Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in billing and financial transactions. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Process payments and handle cash transactions securely. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Previous hotel experience or knowledge of resort operations is a plus. Ability to perform night audits accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork within the staff. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
