(4 days per week = 40 hours.) Join our dynamic team as a Night Auditor in the vibrant city of Seattle! This energetic role is perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive during nighttime hours and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first line of support for our guests overnight, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hotel management. Responsibilities Oversee nightly hotel operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems. Monitor security and safety protocols, including hotel emergency procedures, to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving assistance. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to address guest needs, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance guest relations. Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing reservations, guest requests, and communication with clients in multiple languages if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity in hotel management systems like OPERA or similar PMS platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security during overnight shifts. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette. Previous resort experience or working within a property management environment is advantageous.
