Job Description

Are you a night owl and a genuine people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our night auditor role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people and has a knack for numbers in basic reporting. This is an overnight position, with hours similar to 9:30 pm-7:30 am three to four nights a week. This schedule will regularly include every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. We're looking for someone who's as good with numbers as they are with people, ready to create a welcoming environment no matter the hour. You'll manage the overnight operations, balance accounts, and provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Compensation:
$18 - $20.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Oversee the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Balance daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports for management review. Maintain a welcoming, secure, and clean environment, conducting regular property checks throughout the night. Collaborate and communicate with the front desk team to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Qualifications:
Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Excellent customer service and communication skills are required About Company At the Holiday Inn Express Spokane Valley, we don't just offer a place to stay — we create a home away from home with a team that truly loves what they do.
